Kentucky USA to London to Barcelona, Vivian is a well-traveled yoga enthusiast, baker, creative, and website mistress. Growing up on a farm in a small town in Kentucky, she knows the joy of open fires, a well-cultivated home garden, good cooking and cuddling with dogs. She received her BA in Dramatic Art from the prestigious liberal arts school of Centre College, then journeyed to London where she became an assistant Head of Production for film company Redeeming Features, as well as refining her cooking and baking skills (her cookies are out-of-this-world) and interests in fitness. When she moved to Barcelona, she took up yoga on Barceloneta beach in the sunshine and meditation on her terrace. Her world has always had at its core the principles of acceptance, balance and enjoyment of life. Vivian has helped launch the Balanse.co.uk Scandinavian lifestyle blog this year with Kat Gellin, which includes her own invention Words of Vivsdom; invaluable lifehacks for everyday busy people.
